About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at The Mortgage Office, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while mastering the foundations of SaaS sales in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
  • Craft and manage email campaigns and sequences in HubSpot CRM that educate and engage prospects
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) methodology
  • Schedule meetings and demos for our Sales team
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role: cold calling, customer service, inside sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Strong organizational skills and a focused approach to planning and goal achievement
  • Quick learner with genuine interest in technology, SaaS, and fintech
  • Basic understanding of the private lending industry is a plus, but not required

  • Compensation: $70,000.00 base ($91k + OTE)
