About the role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role can be based in our New York office or as a hybrid remote position, with the expectation of attending the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Spend extensive time with all areas of the business to increase knowledge of HERE’s technology, client base, and target markets
- Gain a strong understanding of how to use an AI-centric GTM technology stack to scale outbound efforts
- Research and develop new business opportunities for our Sales Directors
- Begin booking both inbound & outbound meetings for our Sales Directors in New York, London & Hong Kong (and start earning commission)
- Work your own pipeline and prove ability to book meetings with our key target accounts
- Gain a solid understanding of your target market & how to best approach different personas
- Establish, build & maintain relationships and rapport with your prospects
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate understanding of HERE in a role play scenario
- Hitting given targets consistently
- An in-depth understanding of HERE’s product & positioning, demonstrated in both role play practices & on the phone to clients
- Become a meaningful contributor to the overall success of the sales team & culture
- Efficiently manage your own successful pipeline
Requirements
- 1-2 years sales development experience working in the Finance industry (strongly preferred)
- Experience working for a SaaS company with Enterprise products required
- A resilient personality with the ability to be self-driven and remain adaptable to changes in the market while remaining goal-oriented
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with the ability to confidently collaborate with senior individuals (internal and external facing)
- Excellent organizational skills, with a diligent work ethic, and a very strong attention to detail in all areas of work
- The ability to persevere and be adaptable to change will be crucial for success in this role
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software

- Outreach and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Experience with AI and/or automation tools

Pay
Base salary range: $50k - $70k
Schedule
Hybrid remote with expectations to attend the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays (subject to your existing legal right to work in the jurisdiction).
