Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including social media, online research, and industry events.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential customers and generate interest in our software solutions.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our products and services.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong ability to identify and qualify potential leads through various research methods and outreach techniques.
- Understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.

- Understanding of the software technology industry and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft & Outreach) and familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, particularly in a SaaS or technology context, is highly desirable. This includes experience in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying leads.
Pay
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $44,000 USD- $79,000 USDIncludes base salary plus commission.
