Sales Development Representative (Healthcare)

About The Role

We're hiring a Healthcare Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate a qualified pipeline across health systems, Med device, providers, and digital health companies through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups.

As an early hire on our healthcare go-to-market team, you'll help shape our motion and messaging, and play a fundamental role in onboarding potential customers.

What You'll Do

• Possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, organizing events (led by you), and attending healthcare conferences.
• Identify and qualify potential customers, including decision-makers, and schedule meetings with Account Executives (AEs).
• Surface healthcare-specific use cases such as patient intake, revenue cycle, call center QA, and clinical documentation to demonstrate the value of StackAI's solutions.
• Nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, operations, and IT departments within healthcare organizations.

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in BDR/SDR or sales roles, particularly in B2B SaaS and AI/GenAI domains.
• A strong track record in sourcing and qualifying leads, especially in the healthcare or health-tech sector.
• The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to AI and explain their business value to healthcare buyers.
• Proactivity, organization, adaptability, creativity, and enthusiasm for refining sales strategies and processes.
• An existing network in health systems, payers, or digital health companies is beneficial but not mandatory.
