Sales Development Representative (Health System)
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers within healthcare system companies.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine the potential fit for Atropos Health’s solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and Sales SVP/-VP-Directors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot).
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and sequences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Health System accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
- Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Passionate about healthcare and technology
- Able to work in a virtual environment
- Able to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback
- Has a professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset
Qualifications
