About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level) role based in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify inbound and outbound prospects, conducting research on target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Perform outreach via email, phone, and social channels to generate interest, schedule discovery calls, and create a strong pipeline for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, run campaigns, and improve lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow structured sales processes, and consistently meet activity and pipeline KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Inside Sales and Sales, with the ability to follow a structured sales process and handle high-volume outreach.
  • Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and Business Development, including researching accounts and identifying qualified prospects.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear, concise, and professional style.
  • High motivation to learn, resilience in handling rejection, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; previous internship or entry-level experience in sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
