Key Responsibilities
- Speaking with prospective clients via email, phone and chat and maintaining a well-organized CRM and pipeline.
- Educating prospective clients on the benefits of Ziflow versus competitors and the “status quo”.
- Responding to inquiries and referrals from clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Generating sales qualified leads (SQLs) and opportunities (Opps) for the Account Executive team—measured on a monthly quota.

- You’re a problem solver: As a subject matter expert, you’re eager to help prospective clients find the solution to their creative marketing woes.

- You’re coachable: You constantly want to improve and are open to constructive feedback.
