About the role
Zello is a voice-first communication platform that improves collaboration and productivity for desk-less workers. This role involves handling inbound inquiries and trial signups, tuning and improving AI workflows, and converting high-intent prospects to paid customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels.
- Tune and improve the agentic AI workflows that handle inbound, surface gaps, edge cases, and failure points.
- Step in directly on high-intent prospects, by email and phone, to convert them to paid.
- Track conversion and response metrics, and flag what's working and where the funnel leaks.
- Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and the team that owns the AI systems to close the loop.
- Build product expertise by working hands-on with Zello and talking to customers every day.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
