Sales Development Representative

About the role

Wisdom is seeking outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their growing sales team. This is a high-impact, business-critical role that will report into the Sales Manager. The position is in-person, based in Lehi, UT.

What You’ll Do

• Outreach to a list of dental offices via phone, email, and social media to find interested prospects and schedule demos for the Account Executive team
• Attend dental industry conferences and events to find additional leads
• Nurture and manage each lead through to a completed demo
• Leverage Gong and HubSpot to track and log progress on leads
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey

We’d Love To Hear From You

• If you have experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar outbound role
• If you are a recent graduate eager to start a sales career
• A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to manage a high volume of tasks in an organized way
• A growth mindset paired with a desire to receive and implement coaching and feedback
• Healthcare or dental specific experience preferred, but not required
