Sales Development Representative
About the Role
WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider seeking full-time Sales Development Representatives to source sales opportunities for our digital marketing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is eager to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify small businesses that would benefit from our digital marketing services
- Conduct cold outreach via phone
- Engage business owners in consultative conversations to understand their needs
- Make a high volume of cold calls and other outreach efforts to connect with prospects
- Build relationships and set up demos
Requirements
- Highly motivated, focused, organized, and attentive to detail
- Desire to grow a sales career
- Desire to be part of a successful and supportive team
- Desire to help small businesses grow through effective digital marketing
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work from our office in Garner, NC
- 6-12 months or more of outbound sales experience is helpful but not required (entry-level candidates welcome)
Pay
Competitive compensation with a first-year on-target earnings (OTE) range of $60,000 to $75,000. Uncapped commission and clear expectations for promotional advancement.

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM in-office. Includes an unpaid lunch break from 12:00-1:00 PM and a paid break from 3:00-3:30 PM.
