Role Description
As a SDR at Tennr, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a key role in generating new business leads and opportunities. Your focus will be on creating a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the Healthcare and Insurance industries, utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of our AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, through calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Qualify leads, understanding their needs and determining how Tennr's solutions can address their challenges.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations between potential clients and our sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technological concepts.
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
