About the role
Super Color Digital is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This position is based in Irvine, CA and reports to the Sales Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities for our sales team
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Reps and Account Executives
- Engage marketing, events, creative, facilities, and retail decision-makers
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Consistently exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals
- Become an expert in visual branding, experiential marketing, large-format printing, and custom fabrication solutions
Requirements
- Must have 1+ years of SDR, inside sales, outbound sales, or customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working toward activity and performance goals
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Preferred experience with lead generation tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lead411, Sales Navigator, or similar
- Experience selling B2B products or services
- Experience in printing, marketing, events, advertising, or creative services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
