About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Summize, your aim is to build a strong and consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory. Using your sound knowledge of our company and business offering, you will research potential sales opportunities and conduct high-quality conversations with prospects through phone (cold calling), email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within our CRM system. This is a target-based role, meeting daily KPIs and booking meetings with prospects. You will collaborate with the Account Executives and strive toward meeting team sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory
  • Consistent and accurate use of the Sales tech stack, including the CRM system, to track and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Meet daily KPIs consistently and book meetings with prospects
  • Conduct high-quality conversations with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives and continuously strive toward meeting team sales targets

Requirements

  • Ideally, some previous sales experience, preferably with a focus on tech
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply and concisely
  • Self-motivated and determined in a target-driven environment with a determination to succeed
  • Positive outlook, resilience, and the ability to motivate yourself and those around you
