Sales Development Representative

The Role

The Sales Development Representative at Stibo Systems is not your typical "SDR" role. The team we are building is responsible for qualifying leads and building pipeline, but also much more. Stibo Systems offers a unique opportunity to build out your knowledge and experience in the fast-paced IT/Tech market as we work with global leaders in our space.

Main Tasks

• Drive and successfully execute sales and business development activities that result in lead generation and opportunity creation within net new prospects, customers and partners.
• Leverage the latest technologies to streamline and research at pace, with an AI-first mentality.
• Work closely with your Sales partners to drive opportunities within target accounts.
• Profile existing accounts looking for cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
• Collaborate with regional partners to support sales efforts and calling days.
• Focus on a monthly number of opportunities created and quarterly MBO’s.

Who We Are Looking For

• Thrives on targets, individual achievement while working in a creative team.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Sales Development Representative or similar.
