Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers within the cybersecurity space through research and outbound prospecting efforts
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities to engage with prospects and generate interest in our cybersecurity solutions
- Qualify leads and opportunities based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and pain points, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoff and transition
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately track and document lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively articulate our value proposition and differentiate our offerings
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in inside sales or sales development roles, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector
- SFDC experience a must
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for cybersecurity

Pay
The base compensation range for this role is USD 75,000-95,000 per year. Total compensation includes OTE, bonus opportunity and equity, and will vary based on candidate location.
