Pay
Our compensation philosophy is rooted in transparency and equity. For this role, we have established a standardized national rate to ensure consistent earning potential for all team members. The current annual On Target Earnings (OTE) is $72,500.00. OTE is governed by an incentive plan and is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. This rate was determined by a market-based compensation approach using data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable and competitive pay. We also evaluate our compensation structure bi-annually, identifying market shifts and making adjustments to our rates and existing employee compensation as needed.
