About the role
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, preparing detailed sales presentations, and managing relationships with prospects to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through phone calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects.
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospects to build trust and drive sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed insights to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales development or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
