What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting
- Prospect for, generate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities by making outbound (cold) calls and emails daily reaching out to key decision makers
- Help prospects understand Sourgum’s solution, and how we fit within their current operations and business processes
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Follow up with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website forms
- Track outreach metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product and value proposition
Qualifications You Need
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience (B2B SaaS experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
- Coachable and eager to learn new tools, tactics, and strategies
- Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
