About The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) represents the primary engine of the outbound sales pipeline, focusing on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential B2B technology accounts. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and direct sales, converting cold market segments into highly qualified opportunities. Operating in a remote-first, high-velocity environment, the position requires leveraging modern sales technology to conduct deep account research, execute multi-channel prospecting strategies, and schedule initial technical demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outreach campaigns consisting of 60+ daily touchpoints across cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and outbound prospects against strict BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria.
- Manage and maintain real-time prospect data, interaction history, and pipeline stages within Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Conduct deep persona-based research on key technical stakeholders including VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and IT Directors to draft highly personalized value propositions.
- Partner closely with regional Account Executives to coordinate account-mapping strategies and handoff qualified meeting opportunities seamlessly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of completed, qualified meetings and pipeline generation targets.
What We Are Looking For
- 0-2 years of professional experience in sales development, customer success, account management, or a high-volume outbound customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of operating in a target-driven environment with measurable performance metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
- Demonstrated resilience, coachability, and a self-motivated approach to daily activity management in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical business experience.
- Bonus: Prior experience using Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator in a SaaS environment.
