About the role
SanTrac Technologies is a highly innovative Information Technology, VoIP, and Low Voltage Solutions provider seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the IT sales appointment setting position.
Responsibilities
- Converts inquiries into leads by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Advises prospective customers by making outbound calls and answering incoming calls on a call cycle basis.
- Influences prospective customers to set an appointment by following a prepared script.
- Documents transactions by completing spreadsheets and CRM.
- Maintains CRM database.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- At least one year's experience in a sales support role setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Knowledge of Infusionsoft or Salesforce.
