What You'll Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business opportunities through outreach, industry events, and networking.
  • Driving business impact with lead generation and innovative campaigns.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and growing existing accounts through excellent customer service and new product offerings.
  • Managing the showroom, ensuring it is presentable, stocked, and updated with the latest AV technology.
  • Meeting corporate and sales objectives.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the AV or technical industry.
    • A professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
    • A high energy level and a sense of urgency.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • A valid drivers license.

    Pay

    This position is eligible for additional commission programs. Salary range is $80,168.40 plus DOE.
