What You'll Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities through outreach, industry events, and networking.
- Driving business impact with lead generation and innovative campaigns.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and growing existing accounts through excellent customer service and new product offerings.
- Managing the showroom, ensuring it is presentable, stocked, and updated with the latest AV technology.
- Meeting corporate and sales objectives.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the AV or technical industry.
- A professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- A high energy level and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid drivers license.
Pay
This position is eligible for additional commission programs. Salary range is $80,168.40 plus DOE.
