About the role

The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in growing our business within the audio-visual (AV) industry. They will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing our showroom presence in downtown Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through outreach to potential clients, participation in industry events, and networking
  • Generate leads and execute innovative campaigns to attract customers
  • Coordinate and execute business development activities in a timely manner
  • Grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and introducing new products and services
  • Maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for contact details and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that highlight our products and services
  • Manage the showroom, ensuring it is presentable, stocked, and updated with the latest AV technology
  • Meet corporate and sales objectives as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the AV or technical industry
  • Professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • High energy, sense of urgency, and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay

$80,168.40 + DOE
