About the Position
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers, creating valuable opportunities for our sales team, and contributing to the growth of the company. The SDR is responsible for the outreach to prospective clients with the objective of setting qualified appointments for the field sales team.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a Sales development, Inside Sales or BDR Role
- 1-2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals and targets
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Produce sales-ready leads and appointments to the Sales Team
- Achie the team quota of 6 qualified meetings per month
- Assist sales counterparts in increasing their pipeline with new business opportunities
- Partner with sales counterparts to develop prospecting and lead nurturing strategies
- Ensure timely follow up of all leads
- Capture and maintain accurate and up to date information related to campaigns, leads, contacts, activities, and status dispositions
- Increase brand awareness through outbound communication strategies
- Possess knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Some travel may be required for on-site client visits & training
