About the role
This position plays a critical role in driving MedScout’s growth and expansion by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities across the MedTech market. The role focuses on cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning MedScout’s revenue acceleration platform as the solution to their commercial challenges. The primary objective is to generate qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales pipeline, ultimately leading to increased revenue and market share.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
- Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within medical device and diagnostic companies.
- Book meetings for Account Executives by engaging prospects and communicating our value.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and creative ways to add value to early stage prospects.
- Manage all activity within our CRM (HubSpot).
- Continuously learn and stay up to date on our product and the MedTech industry.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong) is a plus.
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or data-driven sales is a plus.
