- DEVELOPING AND RUNNING CADENCES THAT SPAN EMAIL, COLD CALLING AND SOCIAL
- SUBMITTING LEADS TO ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES
- UPDATING AND MAINTAINING OUR CRM
- SHADOWING AEs ON DISCOVERY MEETINGS AND PRODUCT DEMOS TO GET SMART ON OUR SALES PROCESS AND PREPARE YOURSELF FOR A MOVE INTO A CLOSING ROLE
- CONSTANTLY REFINE OUR SDR PLAYBOOK
- Achieving and Exceeding Pipeline Creation Targets and Other Key Sales Metrics
The Must Haves
- 6+ MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN SDR AT A FAST-GROWING SaaS COMPANY
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING AND BEATING PIPELINE CREATION QUOTAS
- CONFIDENCE TO BOOK MEETINGS ACROSS MULTIPLE CHANNELS
- An INQUIRIOUS AND COLLABORATIVE APPROACH THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO UNDERSTAND PROSPECT PAIN POINTS
- A SCRAPPY, CAN-DO ATTITUDE AND A FLEXIBILITY TO ADAPT TO THE CONSTANT TWISTS AND TURN THAT CHARACTERIZE STARTUP LIFE
- FLUENCY WITH THE TOOLS YOU’LL NEED TO RUN YOUR JOB EFFECTIVELY (CRM, PROSPECTING TOOLS, CADENCING TOOLS, DATA ENRICHMENT TOOLS ETC)
