The Opportunity
As our SDR / Events Marketer, your job is to help more homeowners discover Honey Homes and ultimately get more walk-thrus on the calendar. A walk-thru is the first in-home appointment where a prospective member meets with one of our specialists to review their home, discuss projects and maintenance needs, and learn how Honey Homes works. This role sits at the intersection of inside sales, field marketing, and community growth.
- Respond to inbound leads and book walk-thrus over phone, text, and email.
- Represent Honey Homes at local events, farmers markets, door knocking campaigns, and community activations across the Bay Area.

Qualifications
- Motivated, high-energy operator who enjoys people-facing work and thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Ideal backgrounds include SDR / BDR experience, appointment setting or phone sales, events, hospitality, or brand ambassador work, customer-facing startup experience, community marketing or grassroots outreach.
Additional Requirements
- Comfortable working weekends and attending field events.
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Bay Area for field work and activations.
