Sales Development Representative
About the role
Fonoa is transforming tax compliance for digital-first companies. We offer API solutions that integrate into workflows, reducing manual processes and costs. Our software helps companies like Uber, Zoom, and Booking.com expand internationally. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll consult and educate enterprises, securing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within a defined territory/industry
- Prospect and educate future customers using various communication tools like LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails
- Manage and update Salesforce to keep records accurate
- Support Account Executives in scheduling qualified appointments
- Present a balanced approach to outbound communications, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional or commercial experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of sales methodologies and approaches
- Builder mindset and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in an office environment
Qualifications
- Great understanding of best practices in sales, prospect management, and sales cycles
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve objectives
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
Benefits
Fonoa offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $65,000 - $75,000, commission, equity, and benefits. Details are available on our careers page.
