Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in Fidium and schedule demonstrations or meetings for Account Executives.
  • Identify and prospect into key markets of serviceable addresses for generating qualified demonstrations (self-sourced qualified opportunities).
  • Assist in generating real revenue based on the opportunities you uncover and create, contributing directly to the achievement of overall sales team goals.
  • Consistently advance prospects through cadences via an organized prospecting pipeline and opportunity management.
  • Identify and qualify leads, pursue conversion of leads to opportunities.
  • Make the number of calls necessary to achieve qualified opportunities quota for the month.
  • Work proactive and behavioral leads and convert them to qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with a team of Account Executives to achieve a higher level of focus on target accounts.
  • Effectively and independently deliver the value proposition in a quick and decisive manner to gain interest from prospects.
  • Sell the vision to prospects through clean and concise value propositions.
  • Work collaboratively to reach individual and team goals.

Requirements

  • Must have an adequate internet connection to perform the necessary job duties.
  • Must have a secluded office space.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a relative field of work.

  • Experienced in breaking down barriers to be successful in a challenging, fast-paced, and competitive environment.
  • Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment where daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance is gauged against documented standards.
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
  • Team player, problem solver, and adaptable—ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
  • Hands-on experience engaging with customers.

Pay

$40,000–50,000 annually.
