About the role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth, expanding market share, and communicating the value of DealerBuilt’s solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and contacts to enrich the CRM for improved campaign effectiveness
  • Call, email, share supporting documentation, and complete initial discussions with prospects to secure qualified and kept appointments for Sales
  • Execute on strategies, plans, best practices, processes, expectations, and metrics that lead to an increase in the number of customers
  • Own SDR activities, tasks, status, and top of funnel pipelines
  • Identify successful paths to uncovering opportunities while strengthening systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, related field, or equivalent experience in the industry
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
  • Experience in the automotive SaaS industry and dealership technology solutions is required due to our expansive portfolio
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Expertise in sales, operations, digital marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and collaboration skills
  • An analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset with a creative approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test

Skills

  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Expertise in sales, operations, digital marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and collaboration skills
  • An analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset with a creative approach
