About the role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth, expanding market share, and communicating the value of DealerBuilt’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and contacts to enrich the CRM for improved campaign effectiveness
- Call, email, share supporting documentation, and complete initial discussions with prospects to secure qualified and kept appointments for Sales
- Execute on strategies, plans, best practices, processes, expectations, and metrics that lead to an increase in the number of customers
- Own SDR activities, tasks, status, and top of funnel pipelines
- Identify successful paths to uncovering opportunities while strengthening systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, related field, or equivalent experience in the industry
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations
- Experience in the automotive SaaS industry and dealership technology solutions is required due to our expansive portfolio
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Expertise in sales, operations, digital marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing
- Exceptional writing, communication, and collaboration skills
- An analytical, data-driven decision-making mindset with a creative approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Skills
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Expertise in sales, operations, digital marketing, demand generation, and/or product marketing
