About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Crisp is foundational to the Growth Team. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and receives direct mentorship, coaching, and guidance from a paired Growth Advisor. The SDR ensures that the Growth Advisor's pipeline remains full and momentum never slows down.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume outbound outreach to law firm owners and managing partners across phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up.
  • Qualify inbound leads from podcasts, conferences, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management for your Growth Advisor’s pod inside HubSpot.
  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-up, and administrative support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Partner closely with marketing to maximize campaign and event conversion opportunities.
  • Represent Crisp at flagship events including the Crisp Game Changers Summit.
  • Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and qualified pipeline generated.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of full-time experience preferred; sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.
