About the role
Consensus Cloud Solutions is seeking a relentless Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Team. This role involves pioneering a new way for healthcare organizations to operate by introducing our AI solutions to a market that relies on manual processes for patient data.
Responsibilities
- Cold Outreach, primarily through calling, to new prospects to set and complete meetings with people who are directly involved in buying decisions or have significant influence
- Targeted Prospecting: Go beyond a list of contacts. Identify and research key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, pinpointing their specific challenges with manual data processes to show them the clear value of our AI solution
- In-Depth Discovery: Lead insightful conversations with prospects to uncover their business needs and pain points, determining how our AI solution can solve their specific problems
- Data-Driven CRM Management: Maintain a clean and accurate record of all activities in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce), using the data to inform your strategy and ensure a seamless handover
- Collaborative Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans, ensuring a smooth transition for qualified leads
- Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new challenges in healthcare to continually refine your approach
- Professional Growth: Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team discussions to sharpen your skills and contribute to our collective success
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound prospecting role. Experience in Healthcare is a plus
- 1+ years of experience with sales enablement tools such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets for qualified meetings, opportunities generated, or similar sales development KPIs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and your emails are compelling
- Highly resourceful and tenacious. Doesn't give up easily and skilled at finding creative ways to connect with hard-to-reach prospects
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A positive attitude, resilient mindset, and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Driven and self-motivated to exceed quotas

- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries is preferred
Qualifications
- 1+ years in a similar role within Healthcare
- Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management Systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, telehealth platforms, health information exchanges (HIE), and data analytics platforms
- Ability to discuss these technologies confidently with healthcare IT professionals and executives

Pay
- $23.00- $24.50 an hour USD plus earned commissions
Schedule
- Fully remote within the U.S.
- No real travel required at this time, however in the future there could be an opportunity to travel 10%
