About the role
A Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and other digital marketing strategies. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through targeted outreach efforts
- Conduct research on target accounts to identify opportunities for sales growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to introduce our products and services
- Manage and update CRM databases to track lead status and progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with 40 hours per week, split between remote work and office days
