Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting for qualified leads (via telephone, email, social media and other tools) in accordance with lead generation strategies.
- Develop and deliver a strong understanding of our API solutions and services to conduct initial introduction calls, assess business needs, and manage outbound marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Account Executives to create strategy for identifying and approaching target accounts.
- Use CRM and other sales tools to manage and track customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
