Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, video).
- Prioritize accounts using intent data and buying signals.
- Use AI for research and personalization.
- Conduct discovery and demo Buildxact to validate fit.
- Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM and Outreach engagement platform.
- Test and improve messaging and share insights.
- Report on pipeline activity and sourced ARR.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years in SDR/Business Development or B2B sales (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Experience with Salesforce and Outreach (or similar).
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Nice-to-have: SaaS/construction industry experience; bachelor’s degree not required.
