Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, etc.)
- Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads and cold prospects to qualify them based on company fit, budget, need, and decision-making authority
- Outbound Outreach: Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, to generate interest in our products/services
- Database Management: Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and document all sales activities
- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
- Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities for the team
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage with prospects, uncover pain points, and pitch solutions
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales engagement platforms
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
- Familiarity with SaaS products or technology services
- Experience working in a B2B sales environment
