Sales Development Representative

About the role

This position requires in-office work from Monday to Thursday at our Atlanta office in the Buckhead area. Fridays are designated as work-from-home days. Remote work options beyond this arrangement are not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new opportunities through cold-calling to uncover hidden gems in the market.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and positioning AutoLeap as the ideal solution.
• Manage your own pipeline, from initial contact to booking demos.
• Contribute to the development of our sales processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: At least 1 year of outbound sales experience with a track record of success.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales software and a knack for learning new tools.
• Discovery Skills: Ability to ask insightful questions and uncover hidden opportunities.
• Process-Oriented: A disciplined approach to sales, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
