Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Execution: Build and run high-frequency outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone with daily consistency. Craft personalized messaging tailored to prospect business contexts.
- AI-Powered Prospecting: Automate research, personalization, and sequencing using AI tools. Continuously evaluate new AI sales toolsets to replace manual workflows.
- Pipeline & Qualification: Identify and prioritize target accounts in the Apps & Gaming space based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Map buying committees and ensure clean handoffs to AEs.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach with zero overdue tasks.
- Collaboration: Partner with AEs on strategy and follow-up coordination. Represent the brand at industry events and share conversion insights with the team.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience supporting US markets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to improve outreach quality, efficiency, or personalization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Track record of booking quality meetings that convert, not just volume.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
