Outbound Execution: Build and run high-frequency outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone with daily consistency. Craft personalized messaging tailored to prospect business contexts.
AI-Powered Prospecting: Automate research, personalization, and sequencing using AI tools. Continuously evaluate new AI sales toolsets to replace manual workflows.
Pipeline & Qualification: Identify and prioritize target accounts in the Apps & Gaming space based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Map buying committees and ensure clean handoffs to AEs.
CRM Hygiene: Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Outreach with zero overdue tasks.
Collaboration: Partner with AEs on strategy and follow-up coordination. Represent the brand at industry events and share conversion insights with the team.

1–3 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience supporting US markets.
Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools to improve outreach quality, efficiency, or personalization.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Track record of booking quality meetings that convert, not just volume.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
