Position Overview

We're seeking experienced, methodical, and passionate sales professionals to drive North and South America revenue growth. Our Corporate Sales Executives are responsible for driving and closing landmark deals with enterprise clients across various industry verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales opportunities with an outbound approach by navigating accounts, hunting for prospects, and setting qualified meetings.
  • Become an expert in KYC and Identity Verification by identifying new accounts through LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Google search, and other relevant sources.
  • Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for Onfido's technology.
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications.
  • Conduct research on a larger list of accounts within your territory (using LinkedIn, Google searches, Salesforce, Bombora Intent Data, and other resources).

Basic Qualifications

  • Comfortable with initiating phone conversations with executives, navigating questions, and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborative, coachable, team players with a positive attitude each day.
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and time management skills.
  • Self-starters, confident with owning responsibilities, and experienced in seeing projects through from end to end.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient using enterprise-grade sales CRM, such as Salesforce.com, and/or Outreach / Salesloft.
  • Knowledgeable using social networking tools/sales research tools to help canvas an account (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.).
  • Prior sales experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • In the US: The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $18.43-$27.03 per hour (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience, and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan. Additional benefits include comprehensive health and well-being programs, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave, and education reimbursement.
  • In Canada: The pay range for this position is $77,500 - $113,500 per year. This range is inclusive of base salary and variable pay via a sales compensation plan. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, skills and experience, and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan. Additional benefits include comprehensive benefits, vacation, paid time off, and paid holidays.
