Sales Development & Customer Service Rep

About the role

The Sales Development & Customer Service Rep is the friendly person who answers the phone when customers call, asks about their HVAC needs, and promptly schedules service appointments. They are responsible for answering incoming phone calls, booking both residential and commercial jobs, following up on missed calls, responding to web form submissions, and making outbound calls to leads.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and book service appointments
• Follow up on missed calls
• Respond to web form submissions
• Make outbound calls to leads to help keep service books full
• Coordinate with dispatchers and field technicians to ensure efficient service
• Organize and maintain the appointment calendar in ServiceTitan
• Support daily productivity by assisting with customer issues

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, sales development, call center, or another customer-facing role
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Flexibility to work an after-hours and weekend shift rotation (advance notice provided)
• Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance/attitude
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency (a bonus)

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

$14.00 - $20.00/hour, with the ability to earn incentives and performance bonuses.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, either from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
