Sales Designer Consultant
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.
About the role
As a Closets by Design Designer, you’ll help others organize their homes through pre-set appointments with clients. This is a hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule, offering a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay and bonus increases. No cold calling is required, and all leads and marketing materials are provided.
A Day in the Life
- Begin the sales route with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 12-week paid sales training program.
- Work with new and repeat clients through pre-set appointments.
- Maintain reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience needed.
- Coachable candidates with a growth mindset.

Pay
Commission-only role with a reasonably expected compensation range of $36,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year (approximately $3,000 – $8,333 per month).
