About the role

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who enjoy helping others organize their homes. You can work from home and enjoy flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive pre-set appointments with clients close to home.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
• Follow sales training and use communication skills to assist residential customers.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset and willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
