Sales / Design Consultant

About the role

Closet Factory DFW is seeking experienced salespeople to join their professional team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of sales experience, basic computer skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for home organization.

Responsibilities

• Sell and design custom storage solutions to homeowners, builders, interior design firms, architects, and engineers
• Work independently and in teams to develop long-term client relationships and generate referrals
• Develop a portfolio of clients through effective networking and trade association involvement
• Trainable and coachable, with a commitment to excellence and professional success

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, SFDC, Excel, Word, CAD)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-up skills
• Experience in design and space planning is preferred
• Home improvement sales experience is a plus but not required
