Sales Design Consultant
About the Role
Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help others organize their homes. As a Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments close to your home. No experience is necessary, as we provide complete sales and design training.
This role offers a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay and bonus increases, a flexible schedule, and pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients. You will work close to home with no cold calling and have an open-door policy with your Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities for custom solutions.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience needed.
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 12-week paid sales training.
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
