Key Responsibilities
- Perform sales-related data entry and maintain accurate records
- Process and organize title work and related documentation
- File, scan, and maintain sales paperwork and other administrative records
- Aid in preparing and processing customer and vehicle documentation
- Support compliance and record-keeping requirements
- Communicate effectively with sales staff, management, and customers as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Reporting Structure
- This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
