Daily Tasks

- Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders promptly. - Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clientele professionally and courteously. - Document routes and communicate effectively with the operations team. - Assist in inventory management and maintain equipment necessary for the job. - Promote extra services, gather referrals, and help in customer base expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in customer-service-oriented positions such as retail, hospitality, or rideshare driving. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers. - Capability to follow and optimize routes effectively and manage time efficiently. - Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a professional demeanor. - Be comfortable recommending additional services and earning commissions.
