Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Full-time employee · Remote, United States Approximately $58,240–$74,880 annual base + performance incentives + stock options Paid hourly at $28–$36, plus applicable overtime. Annual estimate assumes 40 hours per week. - Help directors find a better way to run their programs—and stay with them as they make the change. Bloomily helps preschools, childcare centers, camps, and afterschool programs manage enrollment, attendance, billing, and communication. A school can run its preschool, aftercare, and camp with shared family records. Directors, staff, and parents use our web and mobile apps. Directors balance enrollment, staffing, tuition, and family questions. Switching software takes trust, a clear reason to change, and help getting started. We’re looking for a seller who can build that trust, win the business, and follow through. You’ll own customer relationships directly, working with our founder and technical teammate. Join Bloomily’s founding team Be one of our earliest hires and help shape how we build the business. You’ll learn directly from our founder and customers, understand why the work matters, and have substantial freedom to propose improvements and carry them through. Your compensation package includes stock options, giving you the opportunity to share in the value we build over time. We value resourcefulness: learning quickly, choosing a useful first step, asking for help when it matters, and improving the process as you go. You’ll have a clear area of responsibility, shared priorities, and support. As we grow, you’ll help shape how your area grows with us. - The work - Find the right programs. Build a pipeline through targeted calls, email, referrals, and professional connections. - Understand the need. Ask about enrollment, billing, attendance, and how the program works before recommending a solution. - Run demos and close. Show what matters, handle objections honestly, ask for the business, and agree on next steps. - Guide the launch. Coordinate setup information and training, work with our engineer on technical needs, and help staff adopt Bloomily. - Grow the relationship. Follow up on usage, address concerns, and identify appropriate referrals, renewals, and expansion opportunities. - Build a repeatable approach. Keep pipeline records current and improve outreach, demos, and onboarding using what you learn. This is a hands-on role with both prospecting and customer ownership. We’ll set priorities with you so acquisition and existing customers both receive attention. Our engineer handles technical imports, integrations, and product fixes. - What you bring - Evidence that you’ve personally won customers, grown enrollment, secured partnerships, or achieved comparable commercial results. - Comfort initiating conversations, following up after rejection, and asking for a decision. - The ability to explain software simply and learn a product well enough to train others. - Strong organization and reliable follow-through across multiple relationships. - Good listening skills and honest judgment about what to promise. - Experience managing your own schedule and keeping a team informed remotely. Relevant backgrounds include selling childcare or camp software, education services, or software to small businesses. We also welcome program operators and enrollment leaders who can demonstrate successful outreach and conversion. Experience with directors, owners, or school administrators is valuable. You don’t need a director title, a particular degree, or an existing customer list. Spanish and experience helping a program change software are useful additions. - Pay, benefits, and working together - $28–$36/hour base, paid hourly as a nonexempt employee, with applicable overtime. - Starting pay reflects work location, relevant experience and demonstrated capability. - Performance incentives for customer acquisition and activation. We’ll explain the earning criteria during the interview process. - Stock options included in the compensation package. - Monthly health stipend, paid sick leave, and a retirement savings plan. - Company equipment and reimbursement for approved business travel. - Regular feedback, with compensation and responsibility reviews at six and twelve months. Work remotely in the US, with at least five hours of overlap with 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific time. Most customer meetings will be by phone or video. Occasional planned travel may be needed. We’re hiring one person for this role and considering both Irvine-based and remote candidates. We’ll choose based on capability, judgment, and how we work together. Apply to whichever posting fits you; you do not need to apply twice. Work authorization Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Bloomily does not provide employment visa sponsorship or support for sponsorship now or in the future. How to apply Apply through our Gem application form using the Apply button, with your resume. Include a short example of business or enrollment you personally helped win: how you found the opportunity, what you did, the result, and what you learned. Our process includes a founder conversation, a short paid discovery/demo and customer-onboarding exercise, and references. We aim to complete it within two weeks and can coordinate around your current work. Bloomily is an equal opportunity employer. If you need an accommodation during the hiring process, let us know. We need to remove boilerplate: equal opportunity, work authorization, how to apply, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove any mention of "Apply to whichever posting fits you; you do not need to apply twice." That's application instruction. Also remove "Work authorization Applicants must be authorized..." etc. Also remove "Bloomily is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We need to keep substantive info: description, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc. Could be "Help directors find a better way..." etc. That's about the role. - Responsibilities: the bullet list under "The work". Also maybe "You’ll own customer relationships directly..." but that's more about role. We'll put responsibilities as bullet list. - Requirements: maybe "What you bring" list of evidence, comfort initiating, ability to explain, strong organization, good listening, experience managing schedule, etc. Also "Relevant backgrounds include..." and "Experience with directors..." etc. Could be requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements. But we can treat "What you bring" as Requirements/Qualifications. The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to avoid duplication. We could put Requirements as the list of evidence and experience; Qualifications maybe the backgrounds; Skills maybe specific abilities like explaining software, organization, listening, schedule management, Spanish, etc. But we need to avoid filler. Better: Use sections: - About the role: description of company, mission, role purpose. - Responsibilities: bullet list of tasks (Find the right programs, Build pipeline, Understand need, Run demos and close, Guide launch, Grow relationship, Build repeatable approach, plus note about prospecting and customer ownership, setting priorities, etc.) - Requirements: bullet list of required experience/evidence: Evidence that you’ve personally won customers, grown enrollment, secured partnerships, or achieved comparable commercial results; Comfort initiating conversations, following up after rejection, asking for decision; Ability to explain software simply and learn product well enough to train others; Strong organization and reliable follow-through across multiple relationships; Good listening skills and honest judgment about what to promise; Experience managing your own schedule and keeping a team informed remotely. - Qualifications: bullet list of relevant backgrounds: selling childcare or camp software, education services, or software to small businesses; program operators and enrollment leaders who can demonstrate successful outreach and conversion; Experience with directors, owners, or school administrators; Spanish; experience helping a program change software. - Skills: maybe we can combine some but we need to avoid duplication. Could list: Communication, Organization, Listening, Technical aptitude, Self-management, Bilingual (Spanish). But we must not invent. We can derive from the text: ability to explain software simply, strong organization, good listening, experience managing schedule, Spanish. Those are skills. Could list them. - Benefits: bullet list: Monthly health stipend, paid sick leave, retirement savings plan, company equipment, reimbursement for approved business travel, regular feedback, compensation and responsibility reviews at six and twelve months, stock options, performance incentives (maybe under Pay). Also note: "Work remotely in the US, with at least five hours of overlap with 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific time." That's schedule. - Pay: bullet list: $28–$36/hour base, paid hourly as nonexempt employee, with applicable overtime; Starting pay reflects work location, relevant experience and demonstrated capability; Performance incentives for customer acquisition and activation (earning criteria explained in interview); Stock options included in compensation package. - Schedule: bullet list: Work remotely in the US, with at least five hours of overlap with 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific time; Most customer meetings by phone or video; Occasional planned travel may be needed. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same info across sections unnecessarily but it's okay if some overlap? Ideally avoid duplication but not strict. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include. All sections have content. We must not include headings for sections that have no real specific content. All have. Now craft HTML. We'll start with About the role: a paragraph summarizing role and company. Paragraph: "Help directors find a better way to run their programs—and stay with them as they make the change. Bloomily helps preschools, childcare centers, camps, and afterschool programs manage enrollment, attendance, billing, and communication. A school can run its preschool, aftercare, and camp with shared family records. Directors, staff, and parents use our web and mobile apps. List items: - Find the right programs; build a pipeline through targeted calls, email, referrals, and professional connections. - Understand the need; ask about enrollment, billing, attendance, and how the program works before recommending a solution. - Run demos and close; show what matters, handle objections honestly, ask for the business, and agree on next steps. - Guide the launch; coordinate setup information and training, work with our engineer on technical needs, and help staff adopt Bloomily. - Grow the relationship; follow up on usage, address concerns, and identify appropriate referrals, renewals, and expansion opportunities. - Build a repeatable approach; keep pipeline records current and improve outreach, demos, and onboarding using what you learn. - This is a hands‑on role with both prospecting and customer ownership; we’ll set priorities with you so acquisition and existing
