About the role

Scenthound is seeking a highly motivated Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves educating dog parents on wellness services and driving membership sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively educate customers on health and wellness services
• Achieve and exceed KPIs such as average ticket price and rebook ratio
• Develop membership leads and follow up with potential members
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer profiles
• Handle daily cash transactions and manage the cash drawer
• Resolve customer concerns and implement strategies for membership retention
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Scenthound's sanitary practices
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and technology
• Genuine passion for dogs and belief in their health and wellness
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment
