What You'll Do Talk to people (a lot) — inbound and outbound calls with residents who are moving, helping them set up everything they needTurn interest into sales by following up on leads quickly and confidentlyBuild rapport fast — the same instinct that got you good tips is the instinct that closes hereKeep track of customers and orders using SalesforceSolve problems on the spot and leave people feeling taken care ofHit your numbers as part of a team that has your back What You Bring No fear of a fast pace or a full queue — service industry experience (restaurants, bars, retail, hospitality) is a huge plusComfortable talking to strangers and making them feel like regularsSome sales, upselling, or commission-based experience (formal or informal)Thick skin for "no" and the persistence to turn it into "yes"A team player who also knows how to close on their own What You'll Get Paid sales training — no experience?
