About the role
The Sales Coordinator at Mohawk Industries supports the Sales function by assisting with various administrative tasks and processes. This role collaborates with the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales processes, procedures, and policies.
Responsibilities
- Aid in coordinating and supporting sales processes and programs.
- Prepare daily/monthly/yearly reports and graphs related to pricing, product, claims, sales, and inventory activities.
- Coordinate administrative and logistical details for business accounts.
- Code invoices and process payments as required for defined areas of support.
- Research and address questionable invoices as necessary.
- Manage and coordinate agendas, travel arrangements, and materials for sales meetings and conventions.
- Act as a liaison between accounts and company departments, coordinating relevant functions requiring access to customer accounts.
- Solve non-complex, routine issues with vendors and/or customers.
- Perform data entry of sales orders, monitor inventory levels, or handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
Qualifications
- Applies conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
