Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range for this position is $37,400.00 - $61,600.00. Actual salary varies based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
What Is the Opportunity?
The Business Insurance (BI) Sales Center offers a unique sales model, engaging directly with customers to sell new business accounts on behalf of agency partners. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll support the sales team, coordinate with business partners and customers, and contribute to achieving business goals.
What Will You Do?
- Provide support for the BI sales team, ensuring efficient intake, triage, and distribution of accounts.
- Exercise critical thinking and decision-making skills by synthesizing multiple sources of information.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of business processes, products, and the sales culture to become a trusted associate.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and customers.
- Execute on service level agreements and deliver quality products and services using standardized workflows and business resources.
- Perform audits, comply with regulations, and report on business operations.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- One year of administrative or sales experience.
- Knowledge of Property and Casualty products and services, preferably Business Insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and quality work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must Have
- A high school diploma or GED.
